Political Thriller
I want to thank Fiery Seas Publishing for providing me with an eARC in exchange for an honest review. I appreciate this opportunity and all views and opinions expressed are my own.
What happens when one of America’s biggest rock stars leaves the Las Vegas stage to run for the United State Senate?
The ultimate celebrity candidate, Tyler Sloan is no stranger to politics – his estranged father was a California governor who narrowly lost a Presidential campaign. He runs as a political independent, refuses campaign contributions, and dismisses special interests and lobbyists.
Sloan is caught in a political campaign fraught with; sexual scandal, corruption and conflicting loyalties. Will he be able to navigate through political turbulence and his own past to win the race?

I give this book 5 out of 5 Political Thriller Stars! I really enjoyed this book and with it being told from an author with experience in politics mad it that much better! I usually don’t read political thrillers but love all fiction and was definitely intrigued by the thought of a rock star going into politics and I wasn’t let down. The characters were enjoyable and well written. The plot was also solid and 5 star worthy! This book had me flipping pages through the night and was full of scandals and corruption.
I will definitely be checking out the author’s future works and more of this genre! Dani-approved and highly recommended!

I used to love watching the West Wing. I’m not much into politics myself, which is why I ended up being very surprised that I really liked that series so much. This book sounds like a pretty unique take on this genre. I mean a Rockstar running for a seat in the United States senate? How very awesome is that! Cool review as usual 😊 Also loved the gifs and the “I love Rock and Roll” picture, seriously great! 😀 I don’t think this one could be any more appropriate now than for this review: You ROCK Dani 😘😊😍

Haha, well my TBR list is so long that it probably needs to get buried next to me when I die because in all likelyhood I will never complete it 😂😂
Yup this one was already on my list, but nonetheless this review for it was seriously awesome. And it wasn’t too short at all. It was perfect, so really no worries 😘

I do love a good political thriller if written properly. I can only think of movies and shows though.. I did want to read the series that inspired the House of Cards show though. But now even the show is drowning because of real-life scandals! Great review, Dani. Glad to hear you enjoyed this. 😉
