I think this is ‘book blogger’s burnout’, but it’s a good graphic.
Best wishes, Pete.
Well, hopefully you’re just posting this to help out those who may feel this way!! Everyone gets overwhelmed and down on themselves and their blogs once in a while.
I have been feeling a lot of these things but I am still going to push through. I mostly posted this to help others who may be having similar feelings and are overwhelmed by it all. So no worries, I will still be around to spam everyone! LOL 😂 I might be burned out a bit but I am trying to push through and be mindful of how many things I love about being a book blogger and reviewer. Thanks for checking on me! You ROCK!😍💜💙💚💖
That’s a pretty good infographic! It covers some nice grounds, and hopefully no one runs into such a feeling. 😦 Got to blog for the love of doing it. Otherwise, a good rest from it all is very much needed!
I have battled with these thoughts but it may feel so troublesome because of my outside life currently. I was crazy about blogging. I had a loss recently and it really messed me up so I shut myself off from everything I once loved it seems but I am trying to push through! I thought everyone wouldn’t even notice me gone but I realized how amazing my friends are on here and it means the world to me!😍 I hope you are doing well, My friend.💜💙 I have been worried about Trang if she’s working too hard or doing okay or maybe I did something wrong, but I just hope she’s okay. You guys are the bee’s knees and are so talented!😍💙💜💙💜💙
An interesting read. I don’t have a strict blogging programme so maybe that is why blogging is still lots of fun for me. I also love reading the blogs of people I follow; they are intertaining and interesting.
I love reading others and such! I just get overwhelmed and shut myself down because my review list is crazy and I am behind on everything. I was so on top of it so now when I go to write a review I get overwhelmed on all I have to do and shutdown and then nothing is accomplished. I also had a big loss recently so I have been grieving so just couldn’t focus and started feeling some of these things. I felt like I wasn’t good enough and nobody would notice me gone. It was just a mess but I can understand why people may feel this way. It can be a lot of work with all the author requests, ARCs and NetGalley books and then you have to do all the blogging plus life is stressful so it can be hard then you have to make time for reading to catch up.
Shame, Dani, it does sound overwhelming. You must deal with your loss and everything else can wait. Your health and mental well being and your child are the most important things in your life. You mustn’t lose sight of that. The people who care about you will understand and those that don’t aren’t real friends. Hugs.
You have published a very good blog, Thanks for sharing, If you want to Buy Friendship Lamps friendship lamps is a good option!
