    Ok, I can vouch for the shelf over the toilet as being completely true, mine isn’t quite that bad but they only left about 4 inches above the top of the toilet so yes it’s almost impossible to get into the tank.

        I have no clue but at least mine isn’t quite as bad as the picture, still impossible for me to take a peek but someone who knows what they are doing could probably work by feel.
