To All of My Friends Whom Have Been There For Me In This Amazing Community!

Hello my awesome and beautiful friends!❤ I have missed you guys so much. I have been busy looking into every resource I can and have been trying my best to relax to heal from the seizures that I had throughout my turmoil but through all of these stressful times I have found a light and a great sense of hope.

What has instilled my hope is all of you! I have been through many trying times in my life and have seen things by the age of 18 that many adults never see in their lifetimes but I have never met so many caring and amazing individuals in my life until now.

I have been astonished by the donations, the thoughts, the prayers and the amount of shares that my fundraiser to help my family has received. I have never felt so love and accepted as I have when I became a part of this community and for that and all of you, I am eternally grateful.

This is hard to say but I have family in real life that has lots of money but has not bothered to help me in my times of need. I have many of “friends” that I have given them a roof over their heads, money in their hard times, fixed their cars, bought them an AC unit when they had no air in the middle of the summer, paid for medical treatment, bought their children food & clothes and the this list could go on and on. I never expected anything in return but they have seen me at this rock bottom and seen my fundraiser but have not offered a helping hand at all. I am a social butterfly and extremely giving person but because of all the times I have been used and hurt so I ended up turning into an agoraphobic.

Each and everyone of you, all of you that have supported me through this rough time have not met me in person. You all know me through this community and you are the only ones that have helped me. This has not only made me realize how much good there is in this world but also made me realize that I still had the ability to have hope. I have hope for better days. I have hope that I will get through this and I have hope because I have such miraculous friends. Now I am ugly crying. Like really, ugly and heart filled tears. I am beyond thankful for you all anf thank you so much for showing me how much good there is in this world.❤❤❤ Thank you most of all for being my friends!❤❤❤

  1. Dani, I’m crying and the fact that I didn’t know anything about this. And that i’m so far away where you are. I’m sorry that this is happening to you, and sorry about your family and ‘friends’. You’ll be fine, I’m sure of it. I’ll also pray for you. You’re a strong woman so I know you’ll get through with this even stronger and better than you’d ever been.. …

  2. I have discovered more friendship and community through blogging, than in the village where I moved to. It would seem that online friends are indeed better than most ‘physical’ ones. Hang on in there, Dani. We are all behind you, sending love and good wishes.

  3. Aww, Dani! You’re such a sweetheart! I completely understand about the family thing…you know I don’t talk to my mom because she was abusive and I barely speak to her family because they knew what she was doing and didn’t step in. It’s hard, but it makes us stronger. I’m so glad that you’ve found so many friends in the blogging community who care about You! You’re such a good friend! Love you!! ❤❤

  4. I just saw you’re over halfway to your goal! HAPPY DANCING!💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 As far as family and friends go, I like many others, can completely relate. When I became disabled my “friends” went POOF! And as for family, well I don’t have much left, but I didn’t bother to ask them for help because I knew what I’d get for a response. I agree with Pete. It seems like there’s more genuine friendships and support in the blogging community than there is in the “real world”.

Anyway, it seems like there may finally be a light at the end of the tunnel for you and I couldn’t be happier.🤗😙🤗😙🤗😙🤗😙

    • There is a light at the end of the tunnel!!!💜 I am so excited and thankful! I need to share an update on my fundraiser but I have to admit the site confused me a bit. I was in the hospital the last day and a half and have been a bit woozy woo! But feeling a lil better and got a notice about getting an eviction and then was able to get an extension so it all worked out but I completely understand the family stuff. I rent from my family but can’t focus on all of the bad things. Thank you for always being there for me!💙

  8. Dani, I’ve known you by your blog but a short time. In that time I have found you to be a strong, generous and compassionate person. The world is a better place because of you. I thank God for answering so many prayers. I’ll keep you in my prayers and send love and hugs to you. God bless you and keep your family.

  10. Dani, first and foremost *hugs & love* how I wish that was enough to make you all better. I’m so sorry you are not getting the help and support from family & “so called” friends. I have RA, Fibro and many of the other lovely illnesses that come with it. I can no longer work. Between my retired parents & my single sister I have been getting help. But it has taken a toll on them. I’m applying for disability for the fourth time. This time my sister got me a better lawyer, so I’m hoping it makes the difference. So BELIEVE ME when I say I UNDERSTAND THE STRUGGLES!!! I am SO VERY, VERY SORRY THAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH ANY OF IT!! You are much younger than me. Mine started young, but gradually got worse. I’m sorry that at your age you are dealing with so much. I’m sure it has made you a much more empathetic person than most people your age though!! I also dealing with anxiety/panic and it has turned into agoraphobia, because it has become so hard to leave the house. ANYTIME you need someone to talk to, send me a tweet, You can friend me on FB if you’d like, this is my personal account: https://www.facebook.com/dgweiss
