Disclaimer: These can be difficult for a book enthusiasts to look at😢 I think they are beautiful and sad at the same time. I want to save all of the books! I also thought the feel of ghost towns/abandoned libraries was perfect for upcoming Halloween!😱😱😱

Beautiful! I am tempted to explore one of these abandoned libraries. It’s like Ali Baba’s cave, but instead of gold and jewels, it’s an even greater treasure. It’s the written word, just sitting there, waiting for people to discover. I wonder how many of these abandoned libraries have forgotten authors, buried under the sands of time, waiting to be rediscovered again. This would be a fantastic expedition.
